I have been training dogs since 1998. Many things have changed in the dog training world and I stay current by taking online courses, going to seminars, reading books and the practical application of actually training real live dogs. I am a recognized evaluator for AKC's Canine Good Citizen and Trick Dog Programs and I am certified with Behavior Works LLC. I have titles in multiple venues of Agility. I have competed in Obedience and Rally. I have trained Service  and Therapy Dogs. 

I use science based, proven training methods, which means I don't require my clients to buy expensive training collars. Everything I do is free of force. I use toys, treats and games to train.  

My job is to bridge the gap and help you better communicate with your dog. I'm here to help!

My Credentials

Dog Training is an unregulated business which means no education is necessary to open a dog training business. Education isn't required, but I chose education and I continue to learn through seminars and courses. I want to be the best in my field and will continue to learn so I can be a better educator and coach. It's your job to interview the person you're thinking of hiring to train your dog. Ask about their education, ask how recently they were accredited or IF they're accredited? If they have no formal education and no accreditations, I would advise you to find a better option for your dog.
